Build Rapport

We like to begin every home-buying experience with an in-depth consultation where we get to know each other better. This allows us to cultivate a relationship centered around trust. But most importantly, this time allows us to learn more about you and determine what you want and need in a home.

Staging

Next, we begin investing our time in making you look good. In today’s competitive market, it’s crucial that you stand out. Secured financing, strategically written contracts, and unprecedented offer presentations are just a few of the ways we will get you noticed and your best chances at getting your offer accepted. That is why it is best to have your financing done upfront. It not only allows you to shop with confidence but provides security to the seller in that you are organized, serious and qualified.

Locating Your Dream Home

There are many ways in which we help our clients find their dream home. Whether it’s through our listing alert emails, open house tours, scheduled private showings or from our vast off-market networks, we make sure to utilize them all. If that still doesn’t do the trick, we will narrow down your target cities and desired neighborhoods and go door-to-door until we uncover that perfect home.

Your Offer

Once we’ve helped you locate your dream home, the next step is for us to help you write a strong offer. Since this is YOUR home purchase, we we will sit down with you and go through the purchase contract line for line. It’s our job to educate you on what and what not to include, as well as, share with you our secrets for writing the strongest offer out there.

Acceptance and Escrow

Now that your offer is accepted, it’s time to open escrow and conduct inspections. This is the time we get to review all the seller's disclosures, and the title report, order a physical inspection to make sure there are no major issues with the home, and cooperate with your lender to ensure your financing is good to close. Also, this is the time when your lender will order an appraisal to make sure that the value of the home reflects the condition and purchase price.

Closing

Once you have removed your final contingencies, you’ll get to sign closing documents and fund any of the remaining down payment and/or closing costs. Once these final steps are completed, you’re able to get the keys to your new home and celebrate!
